A former Lamar University golfer, Garett earned his bachelor’s degree in 2019 and began appraising with a large Houston-based appraisal firm and AMC. He covered the Beaumont and Houston markets and handled the highest assignment volume at the company. A VA-approved appraiser, he co-founded J&J with Tim in 2022.

Tim and his wife owned and operated Catfish Cabin in Lumberton for nearly 30 years. He began appraisal work alongside Garett at the same firm in late 2021, and they founded J&J together in 2022. Tim has also worked closely with a local contractor on home builds and flips for more than a decade. A McNeese graduate with a master’s in marriage and family counseling, he brings extensive business ownership experience.

Callie earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2022. After working for a large local industrial construction company, she joined J&J in 2025. She manages day-to-day operations, speaks with clients, coordinates incoming and outgoing orders, provides quotes, and handles social media.
